Caregiver — PM Shift | Full-Time📍 Redding, CA | In-Person💰 $17.00 – $18.50 per hour Serenity Gardens and Lake Redding Manor are growing our care teams across our 30-bed and 6-bed residential facilities. We're looking for dependable, caring individuals to join us. We will train the right person! House Manager / Caregiver — PM Shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) | Full-Time 📍 Redding, CA | In-Person 💰 $17.50 - $20.00 per hour Serenity Gardens is looking for a compassionate, self-motivated team player to join our care team at our 30-bed residential facility. We will train the right person! What You'll Do: -Assist residents with daily needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) -Manage and guide a small team of up to 4 caregivers -Handle medication prepping, passing, and storage Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment -Document care activities accurately -Provide emotional support to residents and their families What We're Looking For: -Strong communication and leadership skills -Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting -Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate -Weekend availability required -Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods Benefits: -Health, Dental & Vision Insurance -Flexible Schedule Applicants must be located in or willing to relocate to Redding, CA 96001 prior to start date.
